RavandFX Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of the RavandFX trade assistant and the site my.ravandfx.com. By buying a licence, starting a free trial or using the EA, you accept them.

1. What RavandFX is

RavandFX is a software tool for MetaTrader 5. It sizes trades from your risk, manages stop loss and take profit, and enforces the money-management rules you choose.

  • RavandFX is not a broker and has no access to your money or your trading account.
  • RavandFX does not sell signals or give investment advice. You always decide the direction and the entry.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use it.

2. Trading risk

Trading leveraged products such as forex, gold and indices carries a high risk. You can lose part or all of your capital.

  • RavandFX does not guarantee profit. Past results do not predict future results.
  • Automated features such as FollowPrice and SafeTrade depend on your internet connection, your broker's servers and market conditions. Disconnections, execution delays, slippage and volatility around news can make results differ from what you expect.
  • Test any new setting on a demo account first.
  • You are responsible for your trades, your settings and the results on your account.

3. Your licence

  • A licence is personal. You may not transfer or sell it.
  • Each licence runs on one MetaTrader account and one terminal at a time.
  • From the "My licence" page you can change the account up to 2 times and release the device up to 3 times in any 30 days.
  • The 3-day free trial is available once per MetaTrader account and once per email address.
  • A subscription starts when the licence is issued and does not renew automatically.

4. Locked rules

You choose your money-management rules (risk per trade, trades per day, daily profit target, daily loss limit and the rest) when you buy. They are locked into the licence and cannot be changed inside the EA.

  • Making the rules stricter is always allowed and applies right away.
  • Loosening them is allowed once per subscription period and applies 24 hours later. You can cancel it before then.
  • You can choose new rules when you renew.
  • You choose the values. RavandFX enforces them.

5. Connection to our server

The EA needs internet access to my.ravandfx.com to verify your licence. If the connection drops, the EA keeps working on its last valid status for up to 72 hours. You need to add the server address to MetaTrader's WebRequest list for the EA to work.

6. Prices and payment

  • Prices are in US dollars. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
  • Your licence is issued and emailed once payment is confirmed.
  • Prices for future periods may change. A change never affects a period you have already paid for.
  • Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

7. What you may not do

  • Share your licence key with anyone
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, crack or bypass the licence system
  • Resell or rent the EA or a licence
  • Use the service to harm others or for anything unlawful

If you do, we will disable the licence without a refund.

8. Updates and availability

  • New EA versions are available from the "My licence" page.
  • We may require a minimum version for security or compatibility.
  • The RavandFX server is normally available more than 99% of the time. How well the EA stays connected also depends on your internet, the speed and stability of your computer or VPS, and your broker connection. That is why the EA keeps working through short interruptions, for up to 72 hours.
  • If we need a break for maintenance or an update, we let you know in advance where we can.

9. Data we collect

To issue and verify your licence we keep:

  • your email address and language
  • your MetaTrader account number and broker server name
  • a device ID: a one-way code made from the MetaTrader installation path, not a hardware serial number
  • the EA version, connection times and IP addresses
  • order and payment records

RavandFX has no access to your trading password or your funds, and the EA does not send your trades to our server. We use this data only to provide the service, give support and prevent abuse, and we do not sell it. To ask for deletion, email support@ravandfx.com. We may keep payment records for as long as the law requires.

10. Ownership

The EA, its code, design and the RavandFX name belong to the owner of RavandFX. A licence gives you the right to use the software; it does not transfer ownership.

11. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". RavandFX is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or damage caused by internet outages, broker errors, user settings or market conditions. In any case, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription period.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will tell you about important changes by email or on this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
